2TIFF Settings are the default settings of the program. This means that these settings apply to all tasks performed by 2TIFF by default, so you don't have to modify the command line each time.
To access 2TIFF Settings, run the command:
2TIFF.exe -ini

You can process unsupported file formats by associating them with compatible ones. The File Extension Aliases tab allows you to map your specific format to 2TIFF's supported formats.
